Everything seems fine. Lots of cable.
I've used it for about five hundred miles. About 200 of those miles I rode on bumpy gravel roads and the like. So far I haven't had any problems with it. My only complaint is that the cord is horribly long for a motorcycle accessory. But it doesn't matter much and is easy to fix when I'm inclined.
