The best is they are one stop shop for everything you need in order to build an enterprise app or website that utilizes cloud services! They have been very helpful throughout our engagement and continue to be so even after we went live. I can't think about anything negative at this time because their team has worked tirelessly over many months with us to get things right from start - end! Their customer service continues to impress me every day since launch. We were able to focus solely on building features rather than setting up infrastructure & managing servers/ VMs. I like that it is very easy for me as an administrator (or even just someone who has access), because you can do so much from one place! You don't have multiple places where your users login or logout; they are in 1 location only - which makes my job easier since there's less clicking around different sites/places when trying figure out what happened if something goes wrong at any point during their session etc..
