UPDATE: While the unit I received has many issues such as screws falling out and cannot be screwed back in, the screen is cracking and unusable , as well as a host of other build quality issues, the company was kind enough to offer me a generous partial refund, so I'm hoping I can find a local place to have this thing repaired. Maybe I just got a defective device, but I can't recommend the product. However, the company is very good at customer support, which is why I recommend the company and have updated my original review. Build quality aside, the device itself is amazing, although a great little computer the company would only wish they put a little more effort into making a more finished product :(
