I replaced five 20 watt light bulbs that were hardwired to electrical boxes under my kitchen cabinets. I installed a 12″, 22″ and two 34″ LED lights by cutting the ends of the connector and plugging them directly into the electrical boxes. I was able to connect three lamps together with the included pigtails. The lights are controlled by a dimmer switch and as they are not dimmable they will flicker. I replaced the wall switch with a Lutron CFL/LED Dimmer Lutron DVCL-153P-WH Diva Dimmable CFL/LED Dimmer, White. The light no longer flickers and can now be dimmed. They're cool to the touch and use three times less energy than older halogen bulbs (32W vs. 100W).
