Bought one each for me and my mother. Primarily for my elderly mother for medical purposes and also to spoil her. She recently had back surgery and shouldn't bend over as much. She loves it. I studied different types and this one was the best for their needs, such as a high arch. She needed a foot bath that would also work on her calves. The rain shower is perfect. That way she doesn't have to bend down to soak her calves and I don't have to stay with her and can keep doing things while she does the footbath/massage. At first she felt a little uncomfortable with the massage because she had never done it before. She doesn't go to the spa for a pedicure because of her feet. Now she can really enjoy a foot bath at home. The medicine tray is perfect for what she needs and having already used it 2 times she has already made a huge improvement with this foot bath and medicine. I also thought of wheels so I can move around the house much easier. The drain hose works very well. I wish there was a remote control but it still works for our purposes/needs. Haven't had a chance to use it yet as she's recovering from surgery; However, I am really looking forward to using it and she said I would love it. This is also something we can do together at home. I always buy something to be a great investment and this is definitely one of them.
