Not fully windproof Haven't tested the water yet warm but the cold air and wind get there it seems in the hood and in the hood it seems where the arms connect to the torso and If I'm no fool, it's not a full Sherpa lined coat, yes it has its arms down the back and into the hood, but I'm pretty sure everything else inside is fleece and I would recommend , to wear long sleeves because the arms are not very comfortable :( You can feel the seams at the bottom. But in addition, the coat looks much cooler, looks personal and warm, very quiet and durable. I work with aluminum metal pieces and have it doesn't even pierce and i usually get cuts no matter what coat i wear very good buy just disappointment that it's not what i thought but in some aspects it's bes ser
