Overall a good fan, very quiet and bigger than I expected. You can triple check the size. Another issue is that the panel covering the hole in the ceiling is much smaller than the old one he replaced and I can see part of the hole. Another problem to deal with. I asked an electrician to install it as the fan cost was quite high. He checked the line and found that the power supply was normal. I say that because my fan turns off after about 6 or 7 hours. I don't know what the problem is. Some people say this can happen if the power line is not clean. Some will say there may be another fan nearby. I don't think so as the electrician checked the wiring and I don't live in an apartment building. Possibly overheating. I do not know. I don't like it, but I won't replace it. I spent a lot of money on the fan and fitment and will not pay more to take it off and send it back and then return another one. In any case, I very rarely use a fan as I prefer to keep the air conditioning at a comfortable level. It just annoys me because it's not a cheap $450 fan and I have no idea why it shuts down. I've seen some posts online that this is happening to other people as well.
