Follow initial washing instructions
Use cold water and low heat. Wash twice on their own before normal use. No pilling so far, and no leftover fluff on skin when using to towel off. Thick, absorbent, and maintain their original shape and color. I hang dry the towels for multiple use prior to another wash. They take a while to air dry. Bought the gray set. They work nicely.
