All three blocks are dead on arrival
I soldered them and hooked them up to a working raspberry pi, nothing from them. VCC 3.3V, GND, SCL/SDA connected. Running i2cdetect -y 1 yields neither. The main request is not answered. (Note: If I just port the connections to another carrier's device, they work fine).
