Bought in August, didn't live until September. If it worked, I liked it. But only the last 3 boat trips are fun. It is in a VERY DRY center console. It was never wet, apart from the humidity in the air. I even have a raw read hanging in the console. This weekend it worked for about 10 minutes at normal volume and then shut off. He did not enter the thermal shelter and did not even warm up. There is no Power Acoustic customer service. I called but there was no one in the warranty department left a voice message to tech support (never called back) and tried the general operator line (left a voice message). I have filled out a warranty claim online and am waiting for a response.
