I want my money back! Disgusting product and poor quality.

The pricing of these headphones is too much for my liking. Regarding your question, I use a Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum Snow. It's possible that the standard model of the headphones doesn't have any of these issues; I can't say for sure. After purchasing these headphones in the spring, I started having issues with them almost as soon as I took them out of the packaging. It sounds like a wagon is creaking in the right ear. They were unable to correctly fit all of the particulars. I had anticipated that this squeak would become less noticeable with the passage of time; nevertheless, it has been two months and they are still making the noise. Crackling noises can be heard emanating from the speakers at irregular intervals, each of which can last for several seconds. More like popping bubble wrap. The headband pad started to come loose after about two months of regular use. The market information I saw stated that this headset has a range of twenty meters. This is a falsehood and an attempt to provoke, maximum distance of 10 meters. If you move to a different room, there is a 100% chance that the signal will be lost permanently. Prior to that, I had Logitech g930, and there were no such problems with them, and I calmly walked around the apartment. I was able to do this because I was not wearing them. Tested them against the Apple AirPods in a side-by-side comparison. I put the phone next to the PC and also moved around the apartment with them; there were no difficulties with signal loss in either scenario. The same engineering miracle that I mentioned earlier thought starts to lose its signal and shuts off after 5 or 6 meters. There are no walls or other visual obstructions between the 5-6 metro station and the viewer. Very likely as a result of the over fifty percent size reduction of the radio transmitter itself in comparison to the G930. There is no other explanation that I can offer for this. It is to their credit that they have released updated firmware for headphones. The latter resolved an issue in which the microphone, when placed in the lowest position, did not turn on as intended. Oh yes ! I completely neglected to bring up the microphone by itself. On the other hand, my interlocutors will express it more eloquently. They claim that the microphone I use is a miserable failure in every way. It is probably for the best that I do not inform them of the price of my headphones. Virtual 7.1, and that pretty about sums it up. If they hadn't broken after three years, I would have kept sitting on the 930 for the rest of my life. My guess is that these headphones won't survive very long at all. If the price were 5,000 dollars, then I would overlook any of the product's other flaws and give it five stars. And that is not something that should be sold. I was not anticipating such a step backwards from Logitech.

Pros
  • fabric ear pads Appearance Logitech products can be color synchronized with one another. Longevity of the battery Sound quality
Cons
  • Construct with care. Bluetooth headphone with a limited range In the logitech g930, the ear pads were made of leatherette, which cracked all over a year later. The ear pads are made of cloth, and they are removable and washable. But instead of using regular fabric fasteners, they developed these ones out of leatherette, which, after being washed multiple times, develops cracks. Microphone
