Slightly disappointing
I bought two of these mounts. One of my TVs is 38" and the mount works great. The installation instructions were incomplete. In order to successfully mount it to the wall with all three screws, some screws and washers must be removed from the wall unit. 40" and I can't use this wall mount on it. The part of the mount that attaches to the TV is too small. I can't use it.
