This is a light and not too sweet protein shake with great additions not usually found in protein shakes: omega-3 fatty acids and billions of probiotics. There aren't many vitamins, which is normal for me, but there are some. Because of this, it is not a complete meal replacement. One scoop (half serving) has 6 grams of sugar, which may be a barrier for some, especially keto types. But that makes it sweet enough and doesn't let stevia overpower it. The packaging is a little wobbly. You have to pry open the plastic lid to unscrew the lid, but it's not perforated at the top so some of the label comes off, which isn't ideal unless you only have one container of protein mix. My guess is that they don't put the same amount of mixture in a container twice the size of many of these products. Apparently it's made in the US, but their nutritional information clearly uses Australian terms (energy instead of calories) and that's not the case. do not have RDA percentages.
