Thought the crank was broken
I actually sent the first one back thinking the crank was broken! I have read 1 star reviews and many have complained that the crank is broken. Got a second one and the same thing but this time I looked closer and found two white tabs on the top of the element itself which need to be inserted first for the grip to work. I hope this review helps someone as I would appreciate if someone posts it for me! My kids love it, gummy bears are a hit
