Update from original recall: Received new toner from supplier. Now it works fine. Many thanks for the quick response. Check out the great customer support answer. All I wanted was for my purchase to be intact and the seller agreed! Bought as two packs (I have a printer for work and at home). The 1st toner works and prints flawlessly so far. The 2nd toner installed on the workstation does not work. not even print anything legible. How can it be? I really wish this product would work instead of writing a bad review considering the toner requires a chip (travelling is a real pain especially when the chip falls off the van). the first worked perfectly and only had to be installed after the return period had expired. Now I need to find a more reliable supplier.
