This cartridge does not fit HP MFP-M277-dw and therefore the information here is incorrect. At the beginning of the pandemic we bought a set of two black replacement cartridges to have a spare. It was late April. Now when we need to replace the original HP cartridge, we have opened the package and the cartridge sold to us is not suitable for our printer. However, it is no longer possible to return a defective product. Any assistance from the retailer or Revain would be greatly appreciated.

I bought in March 2020 but didn't use it until the end of May. When I put the cartridge in my printer, the printer seemed to recognize it, but only printed 12 copies before it started leaving large gaps at the bottom of each page, starting with page 8. Bought a set of two. The first cartridge was ok. No stripes. It didn't fit quite as tight as the OEM, but it worked. The second toner cartridge spread inside the printer after about 100 pages. Toner is everywhere. This leaves streaks along the edges of each page. You need to replace the toner cartridge and drum (which were practically new). Not at all satisfied. When these toner cartridges were installed in my printer, there was an awful click and shake when printing. It also kept showing the error after 1-5 pages. Also, the print quality on the pages was nowhere near as good as my original cartridges. Striped and faded in places. This has never happened with an HP cartridge.
