In a nutshell, no major issues have arisen. Quickly dispatched (less than 5 days for delivery to Hong Kong after payment). This "pie" was wrapped in polyethylene foam and stretch film before being placed in a bag. Unpacking "Kotsok" makes no difference at all. Both the item and the vendor have my highest possible rating from me. Pros: Very comfortable looking chair. My five year old daughter already uses a chair quite similar to this one (made by the same company, only called Q-FIX). The youngest (3.5) needed this because she had outgrown "baby" clothes and was complaining of discomfort. I don't think there's much further to be said on the subject:) Crash test results were excellent, which is good news. I pray this feature is never experimentally confirmed. Cons: It came unassembled, which makes sense because it occupies less room, but I had to "tinker" quite a bit to get the two pieces (the bottom and the back) to fit together. As it turns out, all it takes is a little more pressure (I was worried I'd break it). I wouldn't say it bothered me, but others should know to expect a few minutes of "Kama Sutra" before the actual installation. I wasted ten hours and two minutes of my life. Maybe the fact that it was getting dark and I was doing the collecting in the car made a difference.
