I've heard of tape but haven't paid attention. But I ran into a situation where my regular duct tape shouldn't be used. Tape tends to leave a lot of residue that is difficult to remove. If I have to use tape I can't leave bad marks. Although I haven't used it long enough to check for residue, it left none in the short term. Tried on worn, painted surfaces, stainless steel and plastic. Ideal! In addition, it is much more flexible than adhesive tape and adapts to awkward shapes. It has a fabric backing that feels very strong but is fairly easy to tear with your hands. And the glue is very sticky. I was looking for a well rated and reasonably priced roll of duct tape, preferably a smaller roll. None of the small ones seemed that good to me, so I ordered a larger one. I'm glad I did! If it was cheaper I would replace the tape entirely with this one. Highly recommended!
