Busty girls order up a size

It’s a flattering dress, but I wished I ordered up a size because I cannot fully cover my boobs so I opted out of wearing it to a family event (which I purchased it for). It’s also pretty tight in my arms so I’m going to have it altered to remove the sleeves. If I ordered up a size, it would be perfect. Disclaimer - I am DD cup so this issue may just be with me
