I found that the team was very responsive and able to make changes on the fly to accommodate my needs. The support team was always available to answer my questions and provide any guidance that I needed. I found the team to be very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. I found the product to be very easy to use and very effective. I would recommend 3i Data Scraping to anyone looking for a data scraping product. I am solving the need to find a way to access data that is not available in our database.
