My only complaint was with the packaging as it was quite difficult to open the cap and then cut the cap and the bottle is held on the sides and turned and turned which is annoying is and you have to press hard. But the product itself works great. I usually pour in as much as the lid will hold and pour into a full bowl of water once the bowl is almost empty, I repeat. I've been doing this for a week or more and my dog's breath doesn't smell bad anymore. The smell is quite strong but diluted with water so my dog and even my two sisters' dogs don't mind.
