I gave these 2 stars because they satisfy my need to wear some kind of mask when I go to the grocery store and they look cool. But I wouldn't wear them for running or any other strenuous activity. Every time I breathe in, the material gets sucked back into my mouth and disrupts airflow. In fact, I can't wait to rip it off my face as soon as I leave the store. If you never inhale through your mouth while running, you'll choke on them after a while if you use them in any way for running or exercising. Of course, I can't run or exercise with something blocking my airway, but if you can, it might work for you. To me they make me look like I'm dressed up so I don't get yelled at while I'm in the store so they do what I bought them for and they look cool on top of that. The first star is for being some kind of mask and the second star is for looking cool.
