Top does not "tilt " best top
Poorly designed/made bottom of top. The cone is so wide that it won't even fall off when the top stops spinning. This happens about 9 times out of 10 (both peaks). If the manufacturer turns this on a big one, they need to increase the angle below so the center of gravity actually allows it to drop.
