I got this stuff based on reviews online. To add a few, the smell is amazing but unfortunately for me it's not quite what I was looking for. I would describe it as gel-like in application - it leaves my hair a bit crunchy when using a gel where I've been looking for something that will hold my hair but make it look more natural with a slight shine. This isn't the company's fault, it's still a great product. Edit: Immediately after writing this review, the company contacted me and thanked me for the purchase and the review, then refunded my money. I still stand by my original statement that this is a great product, just not for me, but their customer service is top notch and they really stand behind their product and their warranty. You rarely see that again. I want to reiterate that I didn't expect a refund for the order as they did nothing wrong and the product is good. Many thanks to the barber for the great customer service.
