I am completely satisfied with this steam iron. For the first time in my natural hair journey, I was able to straighten my hair in temperatures over 395 degrees without burning smell. I can get the same results as if I went to Solon. Vixen curls are my look at the moment. Lasts all day and doesn't sting. You must use thermal protectant, CHI, and leave-in conditioner. CHI leave-in cream or moisturizer works best for my dry hair, but I've also used Mielle White Peony conditioner. Doesn't weigh hair down like a cream. You also need to choose a serum. I've used both Design Silk Essentials and David Mullett Hair Serum and got the same results as Design Silk Essentials for 1/4 the price of David Mullett. Overall I highly recommend women with 4c or higher, I would recommend this to protect your hair from damage.
