There are many features that can be used in this application such as contact management, customer relationship management (CRM), emailing clients like Outlook or Gmail etc., This software also gives some tools for data entry and it automatically saves all your work into excel so you don't have to worry about saving each file manually! The only thing I dislike about this program is when using it with my phone sometimes there's lag between me typing something and actually seeing what i typed appear; maybe because I'm not very good at typing fast but i hope they fix this soon! If you're looking for an easy way to manage contacts within one database then this may be perfect for you. You will never lose any information again if you use this software. We now save time by managing our customers' info within just one place, no need to go back and forth from different databases anymore. It allows us to keep track.
