Fits perfectly and has magnets!

This makes the Apple TV remote slightly thicker, making it more comfortable to hold. The remote has sharp edges, and this case finishes them off. The additional function with magnets on the back is convenient for remote storage. I only wish it was offered in white because it would be so much easier to find on my couch!
