Every remote I've seen seems fragile, slippery in hand and tends to find crevices in sofas and chairs and I think that covers for small remote controls are necessary. I chose light green to make it easier to find. I haven't tried the voice function on the remote control, so I can't comment on that. It fits really well and tightly, but the headphone hole is too small and I used a paper punch with a single hole punch to enlarge it enough. The buttons on the side of the remote are precisely aligned and feel good when pressed. I would buy this again. (It arrived quickly and in good condition)
