I emailed the seller hoping they would send me a new watch strap. Unfortunately I haven't heard anything about it yet. I thought it was one of those items I bought that was 'lemon' and I just flushed the price down the toilet. Again, if I could give zero stars I would, and zero for the seller for lack of contact. It literally popped out when I reattached the tape. If you look at the photos you will see that the watch does not contain any small metal parts. It's a small button that allows you to fold back the sidebar so you can slide it in. * If you own this or a similar watch, you will understand what I am talking about. just got out of control! So I can't use this group at all. And that's well past the return window because I bought and am using another stainless steel bracelet at the same time. I can't say anything about the quality of this item as it broke during installation. That's why I give 1 star because I can't put a zero. And I cannot recommend this product or anything from this manufacturer.
