If you look at Michael Simon in the Cook Like an Iron Chef movie it looks exactly like the gear he uses. addition to your kitchen equipment. It looks and feels like it will last forever. Works well as a work bowl (for mixing or cooking) and looks good enough to be used as a serving item. I will buy more from this collection.
