Review on Godox Umbrella Reflector Carrying Speedlight by Paul Rumambi

Good price, good entry into softbox lighting. It mounts like an umbrella, with a zipper that fits around the stand. Combine this with a strobe and an umbrella stand and you have more control over your lighting. Build quality is decent. I've been using it for almost a year, I've used it about 25 times. The storage bag is a bit torn and there are a few threads hanging from the shade. For those who use it constantly, I can see where it won't last. Why would you expect it at this price? Installation is simple and quick, like an umbrella. I didn't have any issues with the white flush fabric like some others. You can even optically control the flash through the fabric with the flash sensor facing outward. I use it as an optical slave most of the time, although I don't do extreme distances or syncing. The best part is that the color does not change as it passes through the fabric. I was most concerned about a slight white balance error, but that doesn't seem to be the case. If, like me, you buy packaged groceries or just want to play around with a softbox without a huge investment, I'd recommend this.
