Funny - I looked at all the brown wires and discarded the ones that the reviews said looked more black than brown. As far as I remember, there were no such comments for this brand - until now. The item pictured here is brown in colour, somewhere between milk chocolate and dark chocolate. The product I received is a color resembling black liquorice. I don't see any brown undertones or overtones, no browns at all. The packaging says brown, had to check again. So if the shade of cord is important to you, proceed with caution. i give it back I will shop at a B&M store where I can see before I buy. Otherwise they appear to be good lines, durable.
