Review on HuaQi by Charles Dean

My experience shopping at HuaQi's internet store left me wanting more as a discerning consumer. My experience, sadly, did not live up to the lofty standards I had set for it. In spite of the fact that they promise to have a huge variety of products, I didn't find that they had very many options available. The category of connected products that they offered was unimpressive, and the consumables that they sold made of paper and plastic lacked any sort of unique quality. To make matters even worse, their website was difficult to understand and traverse, adding insult to injury. It appeared as though the manufacturers were attempting to conceal the relatively small number of available products. And when I did eventually find what I was looking for, I discovered that their prices were substantially higher than those of their competitors. Their dedication to environmental protection was admirable, but it seemed more like an afterthought than a fundamental principle for the company. And despite the fact that their customer support representatives were courteous, they were unable to provide any answers or solutions to any of my questions. My time spent with HuaQi was, on the whole, a frustrating waste of time. I would recommend looking elsewhere if what you're after is a user-friendly website that offers a diverse assortment of high-quality products to choose from.
