I didn't know which seat cushion would help me the most. So I started small and worked my way up to this Conformax. I've tried Purple and other marketing hits, but this really is the most complete experience. If you sit long hours a day the only other consideration I would even consider would be Purple Ultimate - $30 more and I haven't noticed any noticeable improvement over this pillow. It has a contoured notch for posture, but that may or may not help. Conformax, as its namesake says, adapts to your body and supports your posture. This is the highest level.
