I like how easy it was for me as an administrator of this software tool (athena)to set up rules that would automatically archive all emails sent or received by users in certain groups into separate folders within athens cloud folder structure - even if they were not directed specifically towards other members/users with whom we had already established relationships! This has saved us so much time since most employees are unaware their messages can be archived until after sending them when there really isn't anything else you could do but delete those old mails right? We have no problems using our AtHena Cloud Service now because any employee who sends out important business related information via eMail should know these communications will remain available indefinitely!! The only problem i see here currently relates moreso toward some people's personal preference than something specific about Atlana itself --which happens sometimes--but what makes things better overall however does make.
