As a health and household product I expected this to improve my muscle tension .As a result of using this product, I found that it was difficult to inflate and maintain. The material also felt cheap and was not effective in reducing my pain. The only pro is that it is lightweight and portable. However, the cons far outweigh any benefit. i regret purchasing this and would not recommend it to anyone..
