Fits well and includes a back strap and movable stand.

I bought this as a replacement case for my iPad. I love it. This allows me to hold the iPad by the strap on the back to place it on the included stand, which rotates for vertical or landscape viewing. It also has a built in glass protector which I really like. I feel the silicone case offers more protection than the previous cases I've just folded. It didn't add much weight to the iPad, although it did add bulk, but the convenience of the strap and stand outweighs the bulk. I would definitely buy this again.
