Let me start by saying that I expect a lot from a bag. It should be functional, durable and stylish at the same time. I hesitated for a long time to order a backpack style bag and finally decided on this one. I'm a little disappointed. I like the functionality of the bag with many pockets. But the zips are not as shiny silver as pictured (although looking through the listing found they are more of a tungsten steel colour, which is NOT shown in the photos) and they are much 'nondescript'. /floppy" than I expected. And since it's not real leather, I'm not sure such a soft material would be really durable. Although I like multiple strap options. I'm not sure I could make this bag even more expensive (My bags are usually $20 or less)
