I recently shopped at YSJERA in search of trendy new apparel, footwear, and accessories. But I was let down by what I saw and heard. To begin with, it took me a while to locate what I needed because the website was so complicated. When I did find a few things of interest, I was dismayed to find that the variety was slim and the prices were high in comparison to other online stores selling comparable goods. The clothes, shoes, and jewelry I ordered were of poor quality, and I was dismayed to receive them when they eventually arrived. The garments were poorly tailored and constructed of low-quality fabrics. The shoes didn't fit right and seemed to be constructed of cheap materials. The jewelry appeared to be poorly manufactured and was tarnished. To make things worse, I encountered unhelpful and unresponsive customer service when I attempted to return the products. After several tries, I finally received an answer informing me that I would be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. In sum, I was very dissatisfied with the web store provided by YSJERA. There wasn't much to choose from, it was expensive, and the craftsmanship wasn't great. If you are searching for trendy apparel, footwear, and accessories, I would not suggest you shop here.
