Review on Lexus Scion Toyota LED Turn Signal Light Bulbs Compatible 8-Pin LM449 81980-50030 066500-4650 Electronic LED Flasher Assy Relay Fix by iJDMTOY by Alejandro Lane

I replaced the LED bulb on my 2003 Ford F-150. For the front turn signal and tail light I used amber and red Sylvania ZEVO 3157. For the side mirrors I used some cheap red LEDs I found (size 912/921). I bought this turn signal to compensate for the low wattage of LED lights. They work great as advertised. With LED bulbs, the standard turn signal no longer worked properly. I removed the lower dash and replaced the OEM turn signal module with this one and it fixed the problem. I wanted to point out one feature that I think is critical about this turn signal - in my case this LED turn signal still worked with an incandescent bulb. In an emergency, you can't always buy an LED bulb, or you might want to keep your old bulbs as a spare. I have found that this turn signal can work with both original bulbs and new LEDs. I gave it 4 stars mainly because it's not an exact form factor replacement for my OEM turn signal (blue in the photos). This LED turn signal module is taller and therefore the plastic cover that covers these turn signal modules will no longer work after installation.
