Review on Affordable and Durable: BUD Industries NBF 32026 Plastic Economy for Efficient Storage Solutions by Michael Robinson

The words "NEMA" in the title and "NEMA 4, 4X" in the description make it sound like it's an electrical weatherproof enclosure. But that's not the case. It is unlisted (UL, Intertek, etc.) and therefore not approved for indoor or outdoor electrical equipment protection. Will it still work? I think it's fine inside. Can crack, break, deform and leak. The Revain listing says it is "internal ABS". The OEM specs say "not recommended" for outdoor use as ABS plastic is unstable in the sun and inclement weather. It could be installed behind the bushes. To protect my external electrical equipment, it's not worth the risk of hardware failure and post-installation repairs, so I'm sending it back to get the right part for my application.
