The cups go well with my yoghurt parfait. However, when I got to the end of the pack, which took a while (I take a few a week to work and on the go), I found I was 10 capsules short. This leaves me with 20% of my purchase that I can't use because I don't have a lid. I had 2 extra liners and was missing 10 capsules. There are also holes in the lids, although the description says there are no slits in the lids. Most of the time I added large granola, but when I used flaxseed they fell out of the hole when the mug in my lunch bag tipped over. I will look for a new supplier.
