Great sounding bluetooth headphones. Slightly low volume at maximum setting. The volume up and volume down buttons do not work on these headphones. The only complaint about it is the pairing button, which is spring-loaded and a bit difficult to hold until it's in pairing mode. You can easily increase the volume of this setting by purchasing a separate Bluetooth transmitter and plugging it into the headphone jack as the source if your source is not providing enough Bluetooth signal, which is limiting the volume of this device. I recommend the Taotronics Bluetooth transmitter/receiver. If you want to hear the full potential of these headphones, I'd recommend using the included lightweight, detachable, decent-length cable and connecting it to the source. When connected to a computer with a sound card and full-size amplified headphones, the output results for these headphones are best. I have a Soundblaster Force Recon sound card installed on my desktop that sounds great with CDs or iTunes. In addition, they can easily become warm with prolonged use and cause discomfort to the head.
