The side of the order hears more simulated sounds than your real voice on the phone

One of them has brake failure, or the other side can't hear you at all. The other went down well, but the sad thing is you have to be on the side of the box or under an adult for the other side to hear you. The headphones pick up an overgrown voice more than your voice next to you. It only works in a very quiet area.
