I use it for kung fu. These are the best shoes I've had for it, but I'm also disappointed with the quality. I thought Adidas shoes would last longer. I have 2 pairs (I went down a slightly smaller size after getting my first pair and now have 1 to practice with and 1 to practice with) and both had to be taped together after only a few months of use. I would be happy if adidas made the exact same shoe but with a better quality sole. This shoe is for martial arts! You will be defeated. Live up to your name and make it last. However, they fit like small shoe gloves (if you're between sizes take a smaller one, the leather will give and they will mold to your feet), amazingly comfortable, and I love them. I also wish they came in more color options. Our school uniform requires all shoes to be black, so I had to color the stripes black to meet the requirement. Otherwise good shoes and I recommend.
