One of the problems with Covid is that we all work from home and never really know what to expect from season to season. When it got dark outside in November, I got a headache and realized that the blue light from my work computer was too strong and there wasn't enough natural light to ward it off. So I finally went in search of one of those blue light goggles. I didn't want to pay a lot especially when I don't need them anymore after COVID. Tried these and they are great! The computer screen actually looks less blue lol. I put them on as soon as the sun goes down, at the end of my work shift. The headaches go away and I sleep better. Excellent purchase! My only downside is that when I bought it, the aqua anti-reflective version wasn't available. Maybe it was sold out lol. But I still like the pure blue I ended up with.
