Review on 🚫 Philips Norelco BT7515/49 Beard Trimmer Series 7500 - Currently Unavailable by Anna Barnett

I can't believe I was led to believe that this beard trimmer would last longer than my old one (not very long). The plastic sides of the beard trimmer blade that hold it in the trimmer itself are broken. I had to buy a new one which was sent quickly. He collapsed again. As I like the vacuum feature I bought the upgraded model, thinking it would take longer to shed and be more durable. NOT CORRECT! It broke faster. Obviously this is a big problem because when I called support they said I would receive it in 3-5 business days. That was a few weeks ago. I have now received my third notification that it will be re-ordered for the second week of August. Support didn't help. Apparently, Philips Norelco knows it has a serious problem and can't even provide replacement parts. Very sad. You can rest assured that the next beard trimmer I buy will NOT be such a flimsy unsupported product. Save time, money and your beard, buy another brand. I will do this before the replacement part arrives.
