The pillow itself was very well designed. And the memory foam was soft. No problems with licking or anything like that. I received this pillow hoping to help my problem. I have pain in my neck, middle (pain has gotten worse since epidural 9 months ago) and lower back. And this pain gets worse when I use a high pillow. The water pillow is the tallest pillow I've ever had, I always use flat pillows. I've only been trying for 2 hours (so happy I got it) and my back started to go numb from the pain so much I couldn't walk. I also had a headache. I sleep on my side so I tried my side, the way the pillow shapes as you move is great, it just doesn't feel comfortable to me at all. So that's a big NO for me. So disappointed. So I return. I only used it for 2 hours and then gave up. But no doubt it can work great on other people depending on their problems. So try it, you might succeed. Therefore I award 4 points for the quality of the product.
