The best thing about this software was its easy integration with our website, as well as it's very user friendly interface which makes searching for jobs fast & simple! It also helps you keep track of all your applicants' information in one place so that there are no missing applications or emails left over between employers and candidates. I do not have any dislikes at this time - everything seems great but maybe some minor things could be improved upon like adding more functions such as posting videos instead of just images. Also i think they should make an option available where companies can pay per post rather than having to set up their own advertising account because sometimes we forget what ads were posted previously when applying for new positions. Having access to multiple sites through one system has been helpful since now my team doesn't need to log into different websites anymore to check if certain opportunities exist.
