I bought this exhaust for my 2006 Yamaha R6 and I am very satisfied. I looked at a lot of exhaust systems in different price ranges, watched a lot of YouTube videos and read a lot of blogs and the name that kept coming up was the M4. When it arrived I was very pleased with how well the black finish matched my bike. I also bought an M4 medium pipe (not from Amazon). Installation was very easy and came with all the necessary hardware. When I first started it I was struck by the aggressive tone coming out of my bike. After several trips in my area I fell in love with her. It's everything I ever wanted. It's loud, but it sounds very hoarse, not that whining noise that an annoying Honda Civic makes! I rode with my friend who rides a Kawasaki ZX-10 and it was way louder than his bike. He was very impressed with how good the 600 could sound! I'm not sure how slip sounds without a mid tube installed. If you're looking to add an exhaust to your bike, consider the M4 for just $220. This is theft. I found my medium M4 pipe for $160. If you do I suggest doing a mid pipe exhaust, it will be a different car if they are done together.
